Great place to live! I have been living here for a couple months now and I really enjoy living here. The managers in the front office are friendly,kind,professional. The maintenance does a great job keeping up with the grounds.
Happy Camper! I have lived here about five months and very good experience so far. Awesome office staff and maintenance staff. Everything has been so smooth and easy. I like the neighborhood and the buildings themselves are clean and nice. The facilities are already nice, but I do wish the fitness center had more machines. :)
I recommend these apartments I recently moved here and all I can tell you is that I am very pleased, the maintenance is good, Marvin is an awesome person who keeps everything running smooth, the lady at the office couldn't more helpful, they are great, the equipment at the laundry rooms are in good condition, and this something to be thankful, the parking are always maintained in good condition and security is good, you hardly hear noise and that is great, the pool is clean and well maintained. Expensive but Bad Service Do not move here. It is extremely expensive, they will jack up the prices every year, but the return is bad service and lies from management. Okay location is not worth the hassle. And forget peaceful, there was a shooting here last year, which resulted in the name change from Carrington to Oxbow. I have a broken dishwasher that management didn't bother to replace until I approached maintenance myself, and then they replaced it with another broken dishwasher. No response AT ALL Been weeks without any response from this property about an application. No calls, no emails NOTHING. They wont even review my application. They have made zero contact with me and ignore every time I reach out to them to inquire. No one here does thier job. They dont even respond to low reviews because they clearly do not care at all. This is the real facts My family and I have been renting here at carrington place for a year now and have had nothing but disrespect from the apartment manager and her pet at the front desk. We went with out a dish washer for 6 months, every month i went down complaining and never got any thing done. I'm now waiting for them to come fix the burner on the over which has been two weeks now. I was never given a courtesy letter letting me know my lease was up.
