We absolutely LOVE living here, Avery has always been so helpful with all of our needs. I would recommend this home to everyone.
I moved to Palestine Texas for a job and would not have taken the job had it not been for these apartments. Everyone at the complex is very friendly. The apartments are large and open floor plan, have the options for small yards, and are upscale. The pool is fantastic and the dog park is amazing. I moved here about 3 months ago, and I absolutely love it! I looked at multiple apartments here In Palestine, and they are the only place in town that not only did I feel safe, but it also comes with garage option. The pool is nice as well. I would refer anyone to live here.
I called this apartment complex with a bunch of questions. Avery was so helpful and walked me through the process. She was patient, kind and very respectful!
Recently toured this apartment community and it’s absolutely beautiful! From the well kept grounds, the pool, the staff! My favorite is the dog park and pet wash station, Lucky and I will love it here. Definitely applying when my lease is up!
