The apartment tour with Hans was very impressive from start to finish. He offered a warm greeting and was very genuine, knowledgeable, and professional. While we were on the tour he asked questions about our needs and highlighted features and amenities that will match our needs. After the tour I had more questions and he was prompt in responding, and felt fully informed. Just toured the property and had a fantastic experience. Hans was absolutely wonderful, super friendly, talkative, and made the whole tour enjoyable. The complex itself is stunning, right alongside the river, and there’s even a Whole Foods being built nearby which is a huge bonus. Highly recommend checking this place out!
I've been here now for 2 months and I truly love the experience so far. The leasing office has great individuals that work there. The amenities are fabulous, a podcast room for one, two they have a separate building for those that are hybrid working from home that is available 24 hours with a printer, restroom, refrigerator, wifi, microwave, an up to date coffee maker that has plenty of various options to choose from and plenty of nice office spaces that you can use to work out of. Hans has been nothing short of A1. I’m currently deployed, so he did a walk-through with my friend while I joined on FaceTime. He showed every nook and cranny, answered every one of my (at least 20) questions in detail, and never left me confused.
