O2 has been an amazing place to live! Jarred in management and Jim from maintenance are both wonderful- professional, helpful, and kind. Arabella is also a great leasing agent. The property is always well-kept, and the staff truly makes it feel like home. The location is awesome with a great yoga studio next door and Trader Joe’s within walking distance.
It has officially been one month since I moved into this stunning building, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! My apartment is super cozy and comfortable! The building itself is absolutely beautiful, with sleek modern design and luxurious amenities that make it feel like a five-star resort. This building markets itself as “luxury” with some of the highest rents in the neighborhood, but the reality has been far from it. Security: My wife’s bike was stolen from one of the so-called secure bike rooms. That’s an amenity we’re paying for and rely on in this location, but now it’s completely unusable because we’ve lost trust in it. 1 star for location & 1 for initial finishes & amenities. For a building with 'Luxury' in its name, think about a rebranding... Management is a revolving door (currently the entirely management team has been fired or quit without replacements). Elevators constantly break down. Building cleanliness is... lacking. Expect dirt, grime, and trash trails leading to the trash room. If you have to file a maintenance request, be prepared to follow up 3-4 times to get it resolved. Safety & security is non existent.
