I lived at O2 from November 2024 to February 2026 and had a great experience overall. One of the things I appreciated most was how safe and quiet the community felt. Coming from New York City, it was a really refreshing change of pace and made it a very comfortable place to live. I’ve had such a great experience living at O2! The apartment is modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed. I have more storage here than in any other apartment i've ever lived in. The amenities are a huge bonus, it's like living in a spa. The management team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anyone that knows me well knows I love O2. I’ve given it 6 months to really get a feel for the place and settle in. My initial experience was awesome since I loved the building and the attention to detail all throughout but really it always boils down to people and Jarred was and is absolutely awesome. This building markets itself as “luxury” with some of the highest rents in the neighborhood, but the reality has been far from it. Security: My wife’s bike was stolen from one of the so-called secure bike rooms. That’s an amenity we’re paying for and rely on in this location, but now it’s completely unusable because we’ve lost trust in it.
