I just recently moved in but my experience has been wonderful. It was a very easy process to move in, Courtney was extremely helpful with the process. It’s a very quiet nice apartment complex. The new management has been very informative as well. Anytime I’ve had an issue or questions it’s handled quickly and easily. Definitely the best apartment I’ve lived in so far.

I’ve been renting here for the past 2 years unfortunately and I do not even know where to begin. When our lease was up in the beginning of the year the office lady “Linda” told us there was a gorgeous apartment in building number 1 with brand new hard wood floors. It seemed like a good option. We checked the place out and the whole apartment was covered in carpet beetles. Every section of the trim was coming off of the walls. The air conditioner was covered in black mold from the inside. An absolute pit of an apartment complex. Where to begin…. The dryer’s vent into the top floor landing area (at least in Bldg. 1) making breathing difficult and cannot be “up to code”, the roach and mouse infestations, the wild life nesting in the vents all throughout the buildings, the poor maintenance of each apartment and appliances within them, the dripping dirty air conditioning units, and the absolute lack of anyone working in the office makes communication with the building owner/management practically impossible. Cortney is a usome person and very sweet personand she is the greatest person everand she always does her job really great if you need anything she is always there for you she goes Out of her way to do things for you and she is so polite and we love it here and bill is ausome to and very polite to and he always does his job and johndoes a nice job to we love them both they are great people

The area is great (grocery stores within minutes, walking distance even if needed). However, the management was less than ideal. I probably put in dozens of work orders for nearly everything (broken appliances at the time of move in, broken latches on windows/doors, poorly installed flooring, mold, etc.) & if something was addressed, it took weeks or was never addressed.
