North Pointe villas North Pointe villas is an excellent place to call home. It's safe and very clean. I enjoy the pool and laundry room it is very convenient for me and my mother. The landscape is also very nice. It has lots of trees and plants around the property. I love it!!
my new place My new place is amazing, i so happy that everything inside has been renovated with new appliances. the whole complex is quiet and very friendly. I'm so glad my fiance and I found this place. Now we can grow together and plan our wedding.
Great Place to Live I have lived at North Point Villas for almost two years. I love the landlord. The complex is well kept and maintained. It is a quite complex with friendly neighbors. I would suggest it to anyone. The prices have gone up a bit but it seems pretty standard for the area, especially taking into account how large the apartments are.
A No-Brainer! I have been proud to call the North Pointe Villas in La Habra, CA home for the past two years. A quick look at the lovely landscaping and charming red doors that welcome you to each apartment really make this complex immediately stand out. North Pointe Villas, Luxury Apartments? When you come across these apartments, they look wonderful! Gorgeous lush plants, clean environment, nice pool. Outside, there is a sign that claims they are luxury. I decided to take a tour because a friend lives here and they said it was an okay place to live, not great, but okay. I took a tour of 2 apartments and in both, I noticed hair under paint, as in, they don't really clean before painting and if there are strands of hair, they don't bother removing them before painting.
