Apt not bad, but it seems we can't keep managers. Since I moved in 7 years ago I have had 6 managers.

I LOVE my new 2 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen and dining room. I can't believe I can afford this with my income! Thank goodness your income is used to determine how much rent you pay. At least on my apartment. My kitchen and bathroom are huge! It's a renovated hospital so large hallways and elevator. Garages, laundry hook ups, heat included, laundry room on site (only 2 washers & 2 dryers for the building. So that stinks, but it's not terrible.) This company is the worse company to rent from. DO NOT RENT FROM Commonwealth Corporation. If you are a tenant or previous tenant you get treated poorly! The company doesn't return calls and to be honest, any correspondence what so ever. Management at the apartment level is irresponsible! Favoritism, rewrites the rules for tenants that are liked, is a rude to tenants that aren't liked. Tenants paperwork gets lost then blames the tenant for the missing paperwork. Absolutely horrible, instead of going 30% off of your income, it is income restricted. We were anxious to move in and be a family and didn't pay attention at the time but for a family of 3 you cannot make more than $15,000 in a calendar year, the rent is $600/month + electirc for the unit we had, adding in your other expenses such as car insurance, food, basic necessities, internet, etc., you are only making enough money to live there, there is no such thing as saving money, or buying people presents for Christmas or birthda... read more

Places are NOT worth what you pay. You move into them dirty and they expect to do the work after you move in. The carpets were absolutely dirty and nasty!
