Enjoyable and Quiet I realize everyone's experience is going to be different in any apartment community. Personally, I've really enjoyed being here. It's quiet and maintenance is very responsive to issues. I love the events and the people (residents and management) are wonderful.
DO NOT MOVE HERE Parking was just increase to $175 and you don't even have an assigned stall. The retention rate of this place is less than 30% hence why they have to offer up 3 months free to suck you in. Once they do, they will only offer you a $1,500 credit to stay when they give new residents $7,000+. On top of this we've had a lot of issues throughout our year here - - Safety has become increasingly more dangerous with multiple break-ins and thefts in the complex.
