I would have appreciated acknowledgement of the issues and a time line to check on them; from the time reported, until the maintenance man came, there was no communication.when he came to the door, on Nov. 19, he did not introduce himself. He handed me a paper that said he would be there to fix the problem either Nov. 21 or 22. He checked the problem, on 11/19 tried to fix it, but could not. I will also add that when I first reported the plumbing issue, all I got was the generic message stating someone would contact me soon... read more
I really like living here. My only complaint is that the work order maintenance orders that I put in don’t always get done in a timely manner. Some work orders are marked done but they aren’t completed.
The new Manager Suzanneis awesome since she took over everything has turned around in are apartment things get fixed on time there no trouble around. Just not kid friendly at all. They're putting so many limitations on the kids now. They cant play with chalk. They cant be to loud. As well as the residents. Grills are going to be a problem. They have to like your patio furniture for you to beable to keep it outside. Or theyll pretty much evicted you. I've been here for over 5 years. We have been through 5 office managers and 3 or 4 maintenance man. This place is going down hill. And is not family oriented at all anymore. Just turn it into a senior citizen. The old lady in the office was racist and offensive. Fortunately I met her before I decided to move-in, unprofessional management.
