The toilet was replaced by Waters Pluming ! They did a good job quickly and Adam called to get them in to do the job as soon as they could. Other jobs that are needed do not go that good!
This place is a total scam. They lost rent checks, multiple! 9 renters’ checks, according to the grapevine. Then they sent eviction notices. The notice said it was hand delivered- it was not. There is no person staffed at the office and they are only there by appointment. The phone numbers come up invalid or mailboxes are full. They sent an eviction notice for having a support animal despite having the information confirming as much. Save your energy, stay away.
Handled my non working washer in a timely manner. Communication could be a little better though as far as day and rough time of day (repair update/return) Thanks Debbie
The manager is not here the hours that are posted, they took items out of the clubhouse that should be there in case residence want to use it. Can't leave msg most of the time because voicemail is full.
They do not fix anything in the facilities. Have spoken to residents who have are mostly elderly, they have been waiting for years for thing to get fixed. Charging these prices for no maintenance, disgraceful.
