Easy communication and well managed very thankful we found this company to rent from.
I am so happy to call this place home. Nikki was amazing at showing the property, processing my application quickly, and answering any questions I had. The area is beautiful and I love waking up to seeing/hearing all the birds in the pond (behind my apartment). The neighbors are quiet by me - can’t speak for all. The apartments are beautiful. I have lived here since they built these apartments in 2017, and it's been nothing but a joke since. can't keep a manager for more than a few weeks/months. nobody fixes anything without submitting several maintenance requests.... i still have things pending from 2020!! I can't even begin to describe the things we've dealt with here in the last 6 years....you try to contact corporate, and they can't be bothered to call back. I know for a fact that i'm not the only one with issues here. It's a shame. they just want their money... read more
It use to be a good place . The apartments are beautiful. But they will try to get every penny out of u. They charge u for maintnece even to come out by u. The last year and a half we have had nothing but problems. They go through maintence people and landlords like crazy. I broke my lease because I was so upset with how this place was running. Very un happy . I would never rent from any of there properties again. Please do your research before renting from them.
This was my first home with my son on my own. I will always love my time spent here. However, when I moved in I was told that I would have laundry in my apartment within a week; and then a few weeks in the manager recoiled that amenity. I lived their for a year; I put virtually no holes in walls except to hang curtain, left no damage. I had to fight tooth and nail to get my security deposit back for 4 weeks after moving out.
