If I could give negative stars I would. I lived in this complex since 2020. Air filters are almost a year past time to change. Maintenence issues had not been taken care of since move in such as loose faucets, defective towel racks, washer seals that mold no matter how you treat or clean them, improperly sealed and fitted windows and doors. There are not proper background checks being done before moving people in resulting in people that are unsafe for the community being here. My family and I moved in about half a year ago now, it started off good we had good parking our apartment looked good. Until we got a call from management that our sink disposal is broken and was to get a maintenance to come fix it. Maintenance never ever came and was told it was the first time was her fault sending them to the wrong apartment then she said the second time was our fault for not answering our phone when we never received a call. My dishwasher leaked from the bottom. Repairman came out cleaned filter and said it should be fine. Later that week ran dishwasher leaked from all three sides. Dishwasher wouldn't totally drain from dishwasher. Have put in 4 work orders. This started Mid October and still isn't working. I am waiting for new dishwasher. Have been advised it could take 6 to 8 weeks. Going on the fourth week. I am disabled, don't have full use of right side. Has been very challenging doing dishes by hand

The maintenance we currently have, Gino has been his best to be on top of things and makes sure everything works, and if something needs to be fixed he right away gets on it when he has his days for this apartment complex in Evans while he also takes care of the other apartment complex located in Greeley and when we get in contact with him he right away gets back at us either through text or phone call, Out of the other maintenance guys we had before he’s been the best and he’s really reliable .

No matter how many times I try to reach out to the office, she never answers. Many concerns and given excuses for every one. Been through 2 different ladies in the main office since living here, and all residents had hope when we got the newest, but she is letting us down.
