I love my apartment and Amy, our manager here at Mission Village of Dodgeville. She is kind, polite, caring, and very passionate about her job, and keeps everything running smoothly. We now have a new manager, Molly, and I'm looking forward to getting to know her. She has been very quick and efficient in responding to maintenance issues and bringing over notices and papers that need to be filled out and signed. It has a nice open floor plan. Not enough storage area. Now they are taking plowing out driveways if 2 inches of snow. Was told we have to shovel our own driveway. I believe the lease states that driveways will be plowed out. Had better property management before. The property manager we have now is pretty much worthless. Does very little. Doesn't take responsibility for her mistakes. Passes it into you and tells you it is your problem. We never had the issues we have now with past property managers. Hopefully the... read more

I have been filling out all the paperwork for months to be emailed yesterday I did not qualify. I was never told about the 2.5 months rent for qualifying. Amy only emails when she feels like it and her voice mail is always full. I have emailed and text wanting to know why my application was canceled she won't respond. Horrible disregard for a seniors feeling. As much as I was looking forward to living there, I am glad I got turned down.

Used to be a great place however I am being told that I have to move because I am getting married to someone that has made mistakes...almost 20 years ago now...they let people in that have felons and things like that but wont give my soon to be husband the time of day...and don't get me started on how horrible this place is falling apart. I have a leaking ceiling in my garage and my garage door has to remained unplugged because it opens and shuts on another persons frequency. Places are cheaply made. We’ve had tons and tons of issues with flooding. We paid 910 for a place that really wasn’t worth the amount. Most neighbors let their kids run wild with no supervision. Yearly rent will most likely increase. We moved out a month ago and still waiting for our deposit back Contacted office several times and headquarters and no response for either after apartment was signed off to be in great shape. Happy to have moved out.
