Hunter Bloomington is horrible management company that does not have your best interests in mind as a tenant. Take every amenity listed with a grain of salt. Read below if you’d like more information. The elevator at Midtown Lofts has been down for 10 out of the 19 months that I’ve lived here. The “state of the art gym” has had broken cleaning supplies for longer, rusted weights, and broken equipment. They’ve suspended valet trash for over a month. Great amenities with wonderful high ceilings. The unit has an industrial feel but is comfortable as well. Will certainly be content in this unit. The property management was prompt and effective and offered a smooth experience throughout the process. Specifically, their leasing agent Macee Long really made a difference in the whole leasing process! Highly recommend renting though Hunter Properties.
Huge duplex loft apartments with tons of space and storage. Did not seem to be noisy on upper floors. Would of liked the unit to be received cleaner and all repairs made prior to move in date. I hope the management company will be accesible and keep the property well maintained.
Midtown Lofts is a great place to reside. It's secure, friendly, the staff is courteous and always provides top notch customer service. Maintenance requests are typically handled in a timely manner, and I've never had an issue with neighbors or the management team. Very understanding and work to ensure you have an enjoyable experience as a community resident.
Do not pick the apartments that are street side. I made the mistake of taking one that is street side and right above the garage. The apartments themselves are really nice, probably one of the nicer ones in Bloomington. However, occasionally it’s hard to sleep here. My unit is street side and the windows are not the appropriate type to filter out noise.
