When I reported that I lost my keys to my apartment and to the exterior door, staff responded within 24 hours and provided me with the keys I needed. I was assisted by Linda Shin, Resident Manager and by a member of the facility staff.

Came in like Superman! AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. My guy shows up, diagnosed the problem, drove an hour away to pick up the necessary tools and returned to have the Aircon working before the day was through. Super hero ending!!

There has been construction that has removed use of the amenities originally included in the rental agreement for ten months with no communication or update for management on a project that was supposed to be completed by December. This is is addition to poor maintenance of common areas and constant garbage all around the parking lot. For the price of a one bedroom I recommend renting somewhere else
disorganized and unresponsive to tenants' need!
Who do you complain to when the apartment building manager is the one who is disturbing the tenants with the amount of noise they are making? They consistently slam their front door like they're trying to break the door. Everyday. At least 10-15 times a day. They babysit their grandson (Thomas) for 12-16 hours almost every day.
