Since December 2022, the plumbing has been a constant problem. Residents have had 5 days worth of water being turned off due to continual problems with the main line. Another big issue with the units themselves, the kitchen amenities and washing amenities are very outdated. None of electrical amenities are 'energy efficient'. Long time residents have not had their carpets cleaned nor replaced. Chimney Sweeping should also be conducted every year in order to prevent fire. Apartments have large rooms, small walk-ing closest. Buildings are old and needs maintenance as well as fencing. There is not enough trash bins. There are only two bins for the whole complex. Not visitors parking spaces available and the little cud-le-sac is impacted. Some people parks in a double line and it gets busy at the end of the day.The open grounds are very well maintained the green belts are trim every week. Nice and clean. Pets are allowed.

There is NEVER a manager on site. We got items stolen from our garage and have been calling the front office all morning. No response at all many voicemails left. Once I got out of work and headed to the office there is no one available even though their hours clearly state Tuesdays- Saturdays they are open from 9 am - 6:00 P.M (note I am writing this while standing Infront of the office at 5:00 P.M. Constant plumbing issues. Edit after manager response: yet again another day without water. What are we supposed to do if you dont pick up. As soon as it is 6pm staff is gone and tenants are left to fend for themselves. Your emergency maintance number doesnt even work its just a voicemail. On top of that by the main office you have 24/7 service request forms and that number is diconnected.

I usually dont do reviews but i dont recommend living here. We had our car broken into and when we tried to report it to the manager to let her know what was going on she just tells you its probably something personal you have with with one of the neighbors! Like really!?! If its personal then the car a couple cars down wouldn't have had their car broken into either. Even if management cant do much about our car getting broken into, it thats not the way you respond to someone. You pay a lot and no cameras nor security and... read more
