Greedy rent increases, limited amenities It's fine for a roof over your head, but the rent for this existing renter has increased by 66% over the past 7 years - all but about 10% of that has been in the last 3 years. I am not sure where this money goes, but it does not appear to be amenities or wages (an advertised pool monitor position paid $14/hour). Don’t do it. Yes it’s more adorable than what is in the area, but it’s not worth it. Cockroaches have been an issue for over a year and an half. Even with the infestation l, rent was raised $200. Exterminators have treated units that have been affected but more measures have not been taken. Look elsewhere.

don’t do it Always have cockroaches. Neighbors are so loud all the time. Their is no seal on the front apartment door so you can hear everything in the hallway. Drains are constantly backing up. They say they have a fitness center and sauna but it’s been closed since Covid and had no plan to reopen. Water has two temperatures, cold and scolding hot and changes with no warning. Recently got a notice that most maintenance calls will include a fee (broken lock, full cost to replace it.) and they will now require 60 days notice ... read more
