Magnolia Estates Property is beautiful. Maintenance and Property Management staff do a great job and care about their residences. Would recoemmend living here.
Amazing property and team! I have lived here since December and have loved every moment of it! It’s a clean and beautiful apartment complex with more of a neighborhood vibe honestly! I know and love all of my neighbors, including the office staff. It’s a great community for career couples, singles, and young families!
Beautiful Property! We are so excited to see the three bedroom villas. We could not believe the price to rent one and get all of the amenities for free! The pool area and clubhouse are amazing, we love all of the trees.
Terrible Quality Cheaply produced apartments. Do not recommend these units, they are terrible quality and you will hear your neighbors talking at normal volume levels just because the walls are so thin.
Renters Beware! Extreme construction delay along with a false sense of expectations set by their marketing team, overall very unprofessional encounter and would not recommend.
