Don't recommend, Mr. Washington sucks at communicating that's the manager, MS. Martinez lied that the apartment was clean and was not true, takes them 3 days to change a battery. They would not reach out to you.
December 2023 applied for a three bed room apt l canceled my application within the week I was told I did not canceled soon enough to get a refund to let U know I was told 72 hours was the limit to receive a refund
Just stay away from these completely. They never informed me of additional deposit till day before my move in day and that’s only because I showed up unannounced to view the unit. If I hadn’t done so I’d never would have known. Not one document was provided to me stating anything about an additional deposit. No one said your deposit is $1557 due to you being conditionally approved. No one not once! Until after the lease was signed.
