Management is TERRIBLE. Maintenance is just as bad. Had my apartment flooded four or five times in the span of 6 months. Took over that time just to get maintenance to fix anything. And these are NOT income based like we were told. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Be a miracle if they ever answer there phone
Apartment 140 is currently being looted by a squatter and the tenant is unavailable to stop them. Many people have tried to contact property management about this and no one has answered. The police also will not do anything about it. It pays to be available to your tenants.
Would leave 0 stars if I could. Been living here for a year and a half and it’s great when the maintenance take care of your apartment. I’ve had a river in my laundry room and front door for 2 months now and at first they said they would get to it. Now they won’t even answer back.
Management is extremely rude and condescending. Place is filthy and new management on a regular basis. Submitted multiple maintenance requests and nothing happened or it was half-done. Would not recommend living here unless you have too.
