I've lived here for more than 10 years. It used to be very clean; there were always empty trash cans to put the garbage in. And now they're fining me for the trash, even though they're the ones to blame. This is terrible; they just want to take your money.

Beware of these apartments. They are taking advantage of people that need somewhere to live. They reel you in with a move in special then they charge you left and right for different things. The water bill will be added to your rent every month and it will be high if you have a normal family size because they independently charge that fee every month it isn’t a water company charging you, it’s the apartments. Don't move here it was a nightmare for me in my kids. they don't fix nothing. My apartment was full of mode my carpet is full water i've been telling the rent office that my apartment has mode in it and my carpet is soaking wet with water. They said they're gonna send maintenance out, but they never do. Thay State change management every month. Is all ways someone new in office. They don't honor that one might free rent You going to have to pay it eventually.

My family and I have lived here for several years now, we've enjoyed the summer colorful scenery. We appreciate the kindness and consideration of the office staff and maintenance crew who strive to stay diligently in improving the community for the residents. Maintenance since we've been here has been awesome because they show care and concern for any fixings we've had.
