Don't move here it was a nightmare for me in my kids. they don't fix nothing. My apartment was full of mode my carpet is full water i've been telling the rent office that my apartment has mode in it and my carpet is soaking wet with water. They said they're gonna send maintenance out, but they never do. Thay State change management every month. Is all ways someone new in office. They don't honor that one might free rent You going to have to pay it eventually.
Editing to add: I broke my lease and they tried to charge me a full months rent for staying only 5 days. I have called several times and been given the runaround every time. Instead of pro rating my rent, they added $100 to it. I just called for probably the fifth time a few minutes ago and was hung up on. My family and I appreciate the work ethics and manners of the plumbing worker and his knowledge of fixing the pipes in our and our neighbors bathroom ceiling. I didn't get his name. Just waiting for the wall closure to be completed. Thank you Lakeview for attending to the leakage problem in a suitable manner.
I went to inquire about apartment pricing. Victoria mix was the young lady that helped me. She was very patient very knowledgeable and courteous. The atmosphere is very welcoming overall it was a excellent experience for me. They have great promotions in different options available.
