Don't move here it was a nightmare for me in my kids. they don't fix nothing. My apartment was full of mode my carpet is full water i've been telling the rent office that my apartment has mode in it and my carpet is soaking wet with water. They said they're gonna send maintenance out, but they never do. Thay State change management every month. Is all ways someone new in office. They don't honor that one might free rent You going to have to pay it eventually.

i’ve been living here since the beginning of 2024. at first, everything was fine. Fast maintenance response, responsive leasing office, safe area. all that changed. 1. My tub was clogged several times living here. i called after one week without my request being answered and the lady at the office told me “we have people with their AC out. this isn’t an emergency” HELLO? not only can i not shower, but this is a black mold hazard. my tub is now clogged AGAIN for the 4th time and the tub has started to bubble up from water goi... read more

I’ve been living back and forth with my fiancée since November of last year. We currently reside in the back area across from the 3500 buildings. Recently, we’ve been experiencing ongoing issues such as unwanted comments coming from the sides or back of our unit, strange noises, frequent dog barking, and loud music. I went to inquire about apartment pricing. Victoria mix was the young lady that helped me. She was very patient very knowledgeable and courteous. The atmosphere is very welcoming overall it was a excellent experience for me. They have great promotions in different options available.
