i’ve been living here since the beginning of 2024. at first, everything was fine. Fast maintenance response, responsive leasing office, safe area. all that changed. 1. My tub was clogged several times living here. i called after one week without my request being answered and the lady at the office told me “we have people with their AC out. this isn’t an emergency” HELLO? not only can i not shower, but this is a black mold hazard. my tub is now clogged AGAIN for the 4th time and the tub has started to bubble up from water goi... read more
Im loving my apartment and very pleased with the service I received from Marreola and Mr. Price. They were very nice patient and understanding.She even came by after I moved in to make sure everything was up to par. Even the other leasing agents were accommodating and welcoming.The neighborhood is clean and quiet. I don't know about anybody else's experience but mine was great. I love it here and the apartment is a very nice size🥰
Lakeview is a top-tier community with an A+ team. Since new ownership and management have been in place, the single greatest focus has been on community enhancement and resident satisfaction. The property itself is incredibly well maintained, creating a serene environment for residents, and the Lakeview team goes the extra mile to foster a sense of community and provide excellent service at each interaction. Just wanted to leave a quick review for my leasing agent Mela. I’m not sure what others have experienced but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with leasing a new apartment. Everything was so seem less. I was a little undecided and she was so patient with me and made sure she got me into a unit that was fitting for me and my children. I am beyond grateful for the service I received and I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
From the time I signed my lease my experience been a time in hell from poor customer service to repairs being overlooked. Trash is ridiculous throughout the apartments... I have had problems with roaches, I have lived here for a year and still having problems with the same issue with repairs I have put in work orders so many times every time maintenance comes out it's always we have to order a part for this and for that.
