This is one of the best apartment complexes in the Inman Park area. The maintenance staff is excellent and responds to all issues in a timely manner. Tim and the Management team strives to provide a great community experience for residents. Highly recommended.

I’ve lived here for 5 years. The first 3 years were great. The last 2 years have been a struggle. Guest entry via the elevator was broken for a year and a half, so if I walked my dog and happened to forget my key fob, I would be stuck outside until someone could let me in, which is a safety concern. The first time I went to the office to ask for help getting in when I was locked out of the building, JC was extremely rude about helping me get in. Can't say anything about the apartments BUT if you like watching turtles 🐢 while you're supposed to be working this is a great spot

Have lived here for 2 years. The location can't be beat. One of the most active areas in Atlanta. I only drive once a week because everything is walking distance. Good management and well maintained. Rents are higher than normal but worth it.

I recently toured Inman Quarter Apartments, and I was seriously impressed. The place is absolutely beautiful modern architecture, high ceilings, sleek kitchens with granite countertops, and those private balconies? Perfect.
