I had applied for these apartments over a year ago and said I would have a place after the new construction. They kept pushing the day back AND I would be the one to call to see if they were ready yet. First it was June, then August and then September/October. I still havent heard anything from them. I do not recommend.
Pricing is NOT for low income housing. Rent has been mis communicated. There add says nice affordable housing for low income, but once you finally get threw to someone,( who really doesn't care about the struggling people) the price goes up before they even get your financial info. Pricing the units at the SAME as the money hungry slum lords. It is NOT income based like advertised. This is a HORRIBLE property management company. It is so icky that they are even advertising these as “low income” when they are above market rate in my opinion. The new construction is cheaply built and TINY! They literally don’t have a living room! There is no way these units are 1100-1300 sq feet unless they are counting the garage as living space. "HAD" A housing choice voucher. Need to keep my autistic children in the Mosinee school district for there mental stability. CAN NOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE HERE! Multiple calls, emails and visits... guess who lost the HCV and needs to reapply. Being the ONLY place in Mosinee that accepts the HCV you'd think they'd try to be better.
The apartment is nice however the I found very strict rules for tenants and also tenants are very close together in proximity. They are affordable apartments but they do have income restrictions. On the outside, they look very nice but you have to question if the rules are worth the housing.
