Not too bad Our family has enjoyed living here over 10 years and have seen just about everything - good and bad. All of us long-time tenants know each other and seen the changes over the years. Bottom line, you get what you pay for and YOU make your home the best it is. The rent here is much cheaper than the surrounding areas despite recent lease renewals with upwards of 8% increases.
