Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! In regards to the property, I agree with another reviewer that there is no noise insulation. You can hear everything from regular conversations to any and ALL other sounds. It is extremely annoying, especially if you have a neighbor who, just as an imaginary situation, has no regard for anyone else living in the building and is an awful, wanna-be musician with a whiny, high-pitched singing voice. Really Should Be Condemned... This place really ought to be condemned. There is ABSOLUTELY NO noise insulation. As a ground floor tenant, I am able to hear EVERYTHING that the apartment directly above me does (TV; cell phones ringing; conversation, including normal everyday conversation as well as arguing and fighting; walking and running; vacuuming; scampering – and barking/yelping – of dogs, which "aren't pets" so they don't fit under the Cat Only policy provided in the lease, but because of federal law, their hands "are" ... read more

Needs work Old building with pipes constantly breaking and flooding parking lot.also had no water for two days.maintenance can also be a little crass sometimes.
