6 apartment managers in less than 8 months. Hallways have been cleaned a total of 2 times in 8 months. There’s mold under my washer and dryer I’ve been saying something about for 8 months. Have yet to receive my garage door opener or storage space. The cameras don’t work. Takes months to get a reply. Your November rent payment will be received but won’t be cashed until February and you’ll be accused of being late even after the money order is cashed. Great place to live.
Let me be the first to tell you, you are not desperate enough to live here. This place is complete garbage which is all you’ll see throughout the hallways. Management has no idea what they’re doing. They sent out eviction notices to every single tenant and low & behold they were seen the next day taking stacks of envelopes out of the rent drop box which happened to be broken and accessible to the public from at least Sept.-April. I'm so happy with Bonnie & Maintenance!! They fixed my toilet, furnace filter, smoke detectors and my keyless entry. Also, cleaning people came and cleaned the elevator, hallways and steps.😁 Thank you VERY MUCH!
These apartments are very cheap! Make sure to take photos and have an inspection done when you leave. Even still they will try to charge you for things that break because they are poorly made! If you charge an invoice years after a lease, that is sketchy! I filed a BBB report against them, and BBB sided with me as Lincoln apartments didn’t even respond.
Beautiful buildings and interesting apartments. Tenants are another story. The complex advertises with signs in the lawn "pet friendly", but i was just walking by with my dogs on leash when we stopped for a moment so I could give them water. A tenant came out with their dog and immediately started yelling at me to "Get away from the property because big dogs aren't allowed!"
