falling apart These apartments are falling apart if you want to live somewhere where the apartments flood with water and sewage and the window and sliding doors poor water through them when it rains then by all means move here. The air conditioning does work you have to use a window unit and you will be luck if your heat doesn't go out and you have to go all winter without heat.
