Exceedingly average So. You have to pick up your packages during office hours, which are 9-6 M-F. If you work a day job like many of us do, these hours are annoying and inconvenient and there is no other way to pick them up. If you can, scramble to the office on time and tell whoever is at the desk your name and apartment number and they dig around on shelves to find your package. Not very secure. Great Location I've lived here for two years and I enjoy it. I would recommend Heritage Hills In my case when I've had a problem, maintenance is over to take care of it A.S.A.P. One of the few things that I don't like is the garage is a little musty, moldy smelling.
