The best complex to live at close to campus! Extremely well-kept by maintenance and residents! The pool and parking offered is unmatched!
Grant St Station is a great apartment to live at as a student. It’s in a great location for both classes and night life, and has great amenities.
Living at granite has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had. First of all, I had a hole in my closet ceiling for close to 2 months before they decided to fix it. They charge $45+ for a simple drain unclog. Now both of the elevators are broken and they are saying it is not a maintenance emergency. Do they not care if there are disabled people in the building that can’t do that many stairs or any at all? Finally, the gym is hardly an amenity. Horrible Experience and Living Nightmare: -Trash chutes and hallways are filthy. A lot of spoiled kids who have no regard for keeping the public complex sanitary. People do not clean after their pets and you can see feces adorning the floors. -Very obnoxious & loud neighbors and very thin walls. The Place is nice enough but the staff is completely unprofessional. We had a tour set up 1 hour after leasing opened, we were there early and were ready to sign same day. We had called multiple times weeks before to ensure that we would not be losing out on a spot by going to the tour which they assured us that although they can not "guarantee" anything that we had nothing to worry about.
