New Happy Resident I recently moved into AZ and Glenrosa Parks has been so friendly and helpful with my out of state transition to this Sunny state. The Great maintenance staff is super helpful and are quick to fit repairs in a respectful and positive manner, showing diligence in their job. One in particular, Gustavo, always has a friendly face and is happy to help and assist. better than the rest in this area Office staff Carlos has the best customer service I have ever received. When something’s broken they put the work order in immediately and it usually takes no longer than 2-3 days before my problem is fixed. The maintenance men walk around and pick up trash everyday so the property is usually clean. They also just remodeled the units and painted the buildings . I will definitely be renewing my lease

Love this place! I love the office and maintenance staff! They have taken care of all my needs immediately. Nice apartment and great staff which is extremely hard to find. Also wanted to show my appreciation to Elizabeth and Fernando for a job well done. Thank you again for everything!

excellent place!! nice place to live very accessible prices grate space of apartments but there's a guy who works at the office that is very rude (white man, black hair, some extra weight) just be careful with him.

Nice big apartments I have been at my apartment for over a year . It's nice and big . The office takes care of your problems promptly . Usually done with it that week . Apartments are really big in size and in a good price range . The only bad side is the area it's in in the way side . A lot of shootings. Other then that it's a great place schools are right next to the apartments

No longer a good place to live. I've lived here 3 years and used to love it. New owners took over this past summer and made lots of cosmetic changes, but no real improvements. They also raised the rent way too high for what is no longer a good place to live. Lately, gang activity, terrible street noise, and fights have made me feel unsafe and I'm moving out just as quickly as possible.
