Highgates does not provide the proper environment for its residents, which makes it difficult for their residents to comfortably abide by the terms you agree to when signing your lease / poo prints. I believe Highgates should be held accountable for its lack of attention to the residents’ needs, and that actions should be taken to address these issues. ALSO they display a high dislike of animals
I just moved in and so far have had an amazing experience. I was a bit concerned as it was new construction and the move in date did get moved back a couple times, but the office was amazing at keeping communication going and giving updates. They even offered other solutions if you needed them. I was surprised that the lease document was over 50 pages long, but reading through it made me feel secure with everything covered. Moving my elderly mother from Texas to Kentucky was a long and difficult process, but the management at Glengrove made the transition as smooth as possible. They answered my questions and addressed concerns quickly and were so helpful, communicating moment by moment updates on construction and availability as they could-all BEFORE move-in. Lisa and Jenna in particular were super kind and personable. Since moving in, these ladies have continued to respond promptly!
I can't thank Lisa and Jenna enough for a smooth transition from Florida to Kentucky. I swore I must have aggravated them to death. But everytime I communicated with them they both were patient and professional. I love my apartment and the area is nice too. The only issue I encountered was trying to get cable/internet. Lisa recommended Krystal Clancy at Spectrum. She was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to get the services I desperately needed because I work from home. Thanks again ladies! 😊
From application to settling in my apartment has been perfect. I love my new apartment. The office staff is wonderful. I 100% recommend
