My toilet tank exploded; sending water, porcelain chips & pieces all over my bathroom and in the small hallway. I have cuts on my hands because I protected my face. I also have cuts on the bottom of my feet trying to shut the water off. Thursday about 9:15 PM. The building's maintained man was fixing the mess by 10:00AM Friday.
I love living here! Maintenance is stellar! Its clean, well maintained, safe, and sound. They try to rent to like-minded folks that are quiet and respectful of others.
Well I have had problems with my dishwasher about a few months after I moved in back in 2018. Our first property manager she had an electrician to come in and look at and he fixed but they it stopped working. It has to do with something with the dishwasher plug it comes unplugged and it is behind the dishwasher! Jim has came up and fixed it several times. I really appreciate Jim coming in right away to fix it.
UPDATED: Love the space BUT hear everything the neighbors do. I can hear the guy next door when he sneezes - not even kidding. Plus every time the person above me drops something it sounds like a bowling ball. NO insulation or sound proofing was installed AT ALL when they built the walls. Apartment doors automatically close, so be prepared to hear all the doors slam shut because people are too lazy to actually close them without letting them slam shut. It LOOKS awesome, but.........
Love the way this historic building has been repurposed into apartments. I took a tour of an available apartment and the building and grounds look great and seem to be well maintained. The apartment and the common areas have the perfect mix of modern without losing the historic value and charm. Jonathan has been a great help, answering my numerous questions about the building and application process.
