Just want to make it aware that the day I'm making this comment that there were reports of gunfire.... lucky for them the church is on the corner so they can pray away the dangers of renting at the friar house flats
I was without my key fob for almost 10 months & the property manager turnover is insane
They let people threaten other tenants and they won't do anything about it. Don't move there if you have kids. They also have found needles around the property and still they did nothing.
I have tried calling the number on their sign many times for the past couple of weeks and have left multiple detailed messages requesting information on availability and have received no response. This makes it difficult when your current lease is up.
Advertises a pool, theres no pool here. Unless you count the east river 2 blks away.
