Rented for almost 6 years , very clean quiet & very relable maintenance team , manager has always been friendly and respectful of my family
I have lived here for almost two years. I absolutely love it here now!!! The first 6-7 months were a little rough.... the old office manager was hard to get along with, very unprofessional and didn't keep true to her word..... could Never get ahold of her. Do not recommened living here. Management is incredibily rude and she picks and chooses who she is friendly to and willing to work with. She says the apartment/property group is “income based” but you end up paying between $900-$1,200 if you make more than $1,000 a month which in my opinion makes ZERO sense. There’s always a mice problem, it never gets handled. Maintenance never shows up when you put in a work order and if they DO show up, they don’t fix everything needed. I Just recently moved to 1491 and I really love how Belinda goes above for her residents and also the small children out here, I am so happy to be a part of 1491, I Thank God that we have a property manager like her Keep it up 1491 and Belinda.
Management is super rude. Hallways always dirty. Management will put notes on your door for when maintenance or someone will be in your home and after you arrange your day around them they don’t come, this has happened multiple times. During an inspection they said that closes on the floor of my closet was a “fire hazard” but they can have a ladder in the hallway for months at a time. The neighbors smoke cigarettes and weed.
