Amazing Staff! The staff here is really second to none! Ashley was so wonderful at the beginning and end of my stay and when my move in was delayed because the carpet company didn't finish putting in the new carpet, she offered to pay for a hotel and my Uhaul costs (I took her up on the latter as I had family to stay with in town). She later also got my counters replaced as well. Great place! I've lived here for about 6 months and I LOVE IT!! The office staff was super friendly and the moving in process was so easy. I have very little maintenance issues and the few I've had were taken care of the same day I called. It's not the newest place around but it's actually in really good condition. I was pleasantly surprised. I looked at a dozen other places and decided on Fountain Square because it was so affordable and close to where I work. I definitely plan on renewing. Fountain Square I love my apartment. It's a 2bd 1bth pretty spacious for just me and my sister. It's right in the middle of a college town so every corner you turn you will see Roll Tide!!!!
A very nice place to live!! Fountain Square is a community oriented complex. The Maintenance Staff is very sharp and take care of you ASAP!. It's a Roll Tide #1 place to live and I would recommend it to my grandmother.
