Great place to live! I've lived here for the last year and a half, and have had no complaints. The people in the office are lovely, maintenance is quick, and the neighborhood is quiet but friendly. It's a little out of the way, but in a college town with so many students, sometimes that's preferred.

Best decision ever! My apartment had to be picked out in less than 2 weeks pretty much. The paperwork was speedy, the apartment was nice up to date and spacious especially the bedroom. The kitchen was very clean and if you happen to have ANY issue, they fix it in less than 24 hours! You can't beat that!
Can't Imagine why anyone wouldn't want to live here Forest Trail apartments is the most friendly team of staff that I have experienced. When I met my wife she was living at Forest Trail. I love my privacy!! I had literally 2 weeks from the offer of my new job and training to choose, apply, and move! Of course I was leary of trusting apartment reviews sort of how I am about hotel reviews but nonetheless, I found time to visit a few in Tuscaloosa! I fell in love with it online and even more upon my visit! Its clean with updated appliances and most of all quiet and private!
