As for me, I've been living at this property for two years. It's quiet and a very good place to live. The property used to be very dirty, but since we've had a new maintenance manager, everything is clean and Mr. Pedro is very diligent. He's very respectful. Miss Patricia is excellent and very polite and attentive. The manager, Ana, is very diligent. Sometimes work requests take a while, but they come quickly to resolve them and then they take a while because they have to order the parts. But everything is excellent.

Even though the apartments aren't in ideal condition, the office staff is highly trained to provide immediate solutions and responses. Manager Ana is a very attentive and helpful lady, always ready to offer a solution. The maintenance manager, Mr. Pedro, is an excellent worker; he immediately responds to any situation and is very respectful and gentlemanly. The staff here were really helpful in helping my mother and I get an apartment. The agent that helped us, Patricia, went above & beyond to get us in. She even sat and listened to my grandmother's stories even though she didn't have to. Now that we are here she is still helping us with little things. The manager, Anna, had been helpful too. The maintenance man, Pedro, seems to keep himself busy.

It blows my mind at how there are comments bragging on the office staff and management. That same treatment, diligence, politeness, attentiveness, etc. is not distributed equally among all tenants that, in good faith, attempt to have problems solved and continues to pay. I feel like if you are going to consider being a tenant at this complex, you need to think long and hard about it. They have treated my niece atrociously. Excellent apartament complex. I have lived here for 3 months, with no mayor issues. The office staff, particularly patricia and Ana , respond very quickly to any issues that come up. They are also very friendly to deal with and make point to engage with residents.
