UPDATE: JUNE 6th!!! They don’t answer phones. They aren’t in their office ever. I’ve been trying to pay rent for 3 days and their resident portal isn’t allowing me to add a card to pay. So they keep adding late fees but I can’t pay online or in person so what am I supposed to do?! They won’t get back to me about the problem and so I’m worried they will try to charge me all those late fees. This apartment used to be nice but ever since covid is just been horrible rent is so expensive for two rooms and alot of things often dont work they charge for even trash and other stuff rent is never one same amount always goes up depending how much water and light you use you even see ppl braking into apartments and cars soo horrible
I give this place 5 stars because of the customer service, office staff and the way they take care of their residents. I love living here.
Kept my deposit and application fee when it didn’t say it was non refundable it said it would be returned and when I asked why I didn’t get accepted they didn’t text me back or email me back. They just ignored me so they had no reason not to accept me. They just wanted to keep my money.
Worst apartment ever be careful when applying here they will look for any reason to tell you that they can accept you and they will keep your deposit in your application fee so pls be aware I can only imagine how many other ppl they have done this too
