Very nice complex We moved in a week ago today and the staff here at the complex are wonderful and very friendly I love everything about the complex and I am happy to be able to call it home for me and my family including my 2 4 legged children to wonderful ace to call home and a good price for what you have

AFFORDABLE PEACE&PARADISE! As a resident of Emerald Ridge Apartment Homes, my family and I couldn't be happier! I truly enjoy living here I have been living here for almost a year and really love it. The complex is well kept, which is a breath of fresh air, neighbors are friendly and very respectful. I am in a two bedroom with a loft and it is spacious and absolutely love my vaulted ceilings. I honestly have nothing bad to say, I plan to be here for a long time and would recommend it to anyone.

Favorite North OC Residence I've lived a couple of places after moving to California from Ohio and Emerald Ridge is by far my favorite. The leasing office is amazingly friendly and helpful, the apartments are nice and provide pretty much everything and the best part is the parking. Parking is no joke in this area and the fact all four of our cars have parking spaces is truly the reason Emerald Ridge has won me over! Very glad I found this 'gem'!

I like it here. Great management staff. Awesome, reasonable pet policy. Great area. What's not to dislike. Oh, the noisy upstair neighbors and the sirens when the police or firefighters are called into action. Their station is just around the corner. But it's all good.

Emerald Ridge Pros: The layout of the 2 bedroom with loft is perfect- it has such a “home” feel. The office staff is accommodating. The parking situation works well- there are two spots for our apartment in the parking structure. There is additional parking for guests, and if that is full, there is typically something available on the street. The price is fair for the location and what is provided. Almost neglectful. Been here for about 6 months and have had alot of cons over pros. Only reason we really only considered this place was because it was back in out old city after being in Stanton for a bit. The sections on the forefront of the entrance seem nice but once you get to the unseen back apartments it gets ugly. The northern west corner of the complex seems to be neglected the most by far. Nice but pricey The apartment has nice space but the master is small for two people and pricey for what you get.
