When I first moved in here it was god awful I would have rated negative 5 stars to be completely honest. It’s gotten better over the years so I’ll improve it to two stars. There’s always stuff that is breaking and and I can’t tell you how many times the water will either get shut off OR we just don’t have hot water to use so it’s about 50/50 if you have to literally leave your house to shower or to clean without hot water.
