We’ve lived in Ellipse for over a year now & we love it! Surprised to find so many negative reviews on here because it’s the nicest Newport building we’ve seen with the best amenities and the kindest, most hardworking team on site! Firstly, really crazy to read that someone found our concierge rude as it’s so far from the truth! Horrific management. Raised my rent $1000/mo after one year. Terrible, cheap appliances that always break. Kiddie pool is broken and they don't intend to fix it. Laundry takes three hours for one cycle. Property manager will not return my emails after requesting a discussion about why my rent was raised so high when I have lost access to amenities, have consistently breaking appliances, broken treadmills, broken kid room toys... they keep saying that Renovations are coming but then say they don't have the money to do the ren... read more
This is the greatest place to live all around the tristate area. Very secure building with a kinds of amenities. Walking distance to the path train and bus terminals.’

I wish I could give a 0 star! As a resident of living in Ellipse for over 4 year I must say this is ABSOLUTE WORST LANDLORD/MANAGEMENT EVER! Every time dealing with this management is a nightmare. Great location BUT NOT WORTH IT. 1. They increase your rent by over 10% and after you give out move out notice you realize the new market rent for new tenant is $300 less than your renewal rent.
