I applied on Sunday and realized that I changed my mind. I saw that you get your 100 dollar holding fee back if you withdraw with 24-72 hours and i was in between that time frame when I withdrew my application, they didn’t say anything about refunding my money back, I’ve called and left voicemails but never got a call back, but previously I left voicemails regarding questions about the apartment and they didn’t hesitate to call back at all. I just would like my money back. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
