Well kept complex. I feel at home here.
DO NOT RENT FROM COTTAGES ON MAIN. Managment has been mia for over a year. Request go un answered. The leasing agent is a complete moron and has no clue on how things work. Constant back and fouth even though the information was already provided, they continue to ask for it. When moved we had no wifi or cable for 3 months, no maintance man. Had our AC unit not place proply in the window and was letting cold air come into the room. We had ice and snow inside the room from the air coming in outside. Jessica the leasing manager is great! She is very understanding and helpful with situations. My kids enjoy visiting her after they get off the bus from school!
Quiet most the time. Maintenance can take some time.
