I’ve been living at Copa Flats for a while now, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. I truly appreciate the entire staff everyone goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and comfortable living environment. I’m really glad I chose to make this my home. I’m a current resident here, and let’s just say these apartments would have so much potential if they had better people running the office. They fired the old staff (Yolonda) and now have people in the office who lie and give misinformation. I went into the office last month to let them know I would be late on rent. The brown-skinned girl that sits in the front office told me we have 14 days from the late notice (dated the 5th) to pay and avoid court fees. Well, I found out yesterday that was a lie.
