The new property managers are doing a phenomenal job! They’re really turning this place around and are always reachable! Makes living here so much more bearable! I’ve been living here for almost 4 1/2 years & the old property managers were a nightmare to deal with and get ahold of! Neighbors are also very friendly! It’s a great & safe little community to be in, especially if you have kiddos or pups!
I have lived here for 6 months now and absolutely love it!! It’s still looks brand new inside and out of my apartment. Laundry on every floor! So great and convenient! The neighbors all keep to themselves and are pretty quiet. The maintenance guys are great, the people in the office are great! I cannot think of one single complaint! Best apartment I have ever lived in! The place I lived in before this had mold, leaks, no laundry and a slumlord. So this is 1000000x better! I couldn’t have found a better place!! I would have given a higher rating but people don't clean up after there dogs people park in handicap spots with no handicap plaques you have to watch your step so you won't step in dog Doo doos the people in the office are very nice
Living here has had several ups and downs. This used to be such a cute little complex until about 2023. It’s gone through so many office employees, and it’s been borderline impossible to reach anyone about anything. We recently found out the complex was being purchased by a new company and go figure, we received zero information from the current owners about it. My husband and I have lived here at The Village at Clark Brook for 5 years and we have been Very Happy. We love our apartment, the layout is great with lots of closet space. The kitchen has a middle island and also many cabinets. We absolutely love living here, it has everything anyone could need. The people are very friendly and when in your apartment it is extremely private. Like I stated above we love it here!
