Management is friendly and willing to help, rooms are large and location is convenient. I enjoy that there is a front door and side door access. A few busses run close, and the UDC is not far. I have received all my mail to my knowledge. This is a good residence for students who enjoy living downtown. Parking isn’t included but there are different options nearby.
I've loved calling Chenango Place home for the past four years and am incredibly bummed by the idea of moving out this coming summer. I've lived in four different apartments each year, from a 4-bed, to a 6-bed, to a studio, and finally a 2-bed and have cherished them all. Living at Chenango Place has been a massive part of my Binghamton University experience!
I will miss living in Chenango Place! The location is perfect and management is super nice and responsive. The gym is also really nice
Management and staff are super nice and friendly. However, the heat and air conditioning have never worked in my apartment.
I've lived here for two years and if I weren't graduating I'd definitely stay longer! The rooms are very nice and spacious, the management is always very pleasant and easy to deal with, and the maintenance crew is always helpful and quick to arrive for anything. I always say this is the best out of any student-living option in Binghamton and for anyone who wants to live in a nice building that has many amenities and is in a great location, I always recommend ChenangoPlace!
