I am current Tenant of this community and about to leave soon. On expiration of my lease, i had to move to month on month plan where i have been charged $600 extra a month which is breaking the back bone of my financial condition. Where in the work this happens. I would never recommend to an enemy as well to get a lease here. I hope the owners of this property can get a management who has humanity still alive in them.

You can please some of the people some of the time but you can’t please all of the people all of the time. Is Chatham Gardens a 5 star property? Probably not. However it’s not priced like one either. The rent is very fair considering its zip code and the proximity of SO many conveniences and amenities. The population is diverse, yet inclusive. The move in process went well. Everything took place over a period of two weeks give or take a few days. My place is nice clean and the neighborhood seems quiet. The only thing that was disappointing was the security deposit process and the way you had to get approved for it even if you had the money and didn’t need their deposit money. You still had to process the papers for the security deposit which they claim only made soft inquiries on your credit score other than that everything was fair.
