I am happy I found ChateauAvalon. I have lived here for years now. I am minutes from work, whether I drive or decide to take a bus. There are all the levels of school close by, including ACC. The staff are always available to help. My emails are answered almost immediately, and rent can be paid online. All that is important to me because I work so much and dropping by the office is hard. The fireplace and balconies are cherries on top.
Not hoing to lie i renewed because they manager has always helped me and My fam with paperwork and transaltions

Manager is welcoming and extremely nice. The area has a lot of homeless by the creek and police but don't show. Maintenance is great they fix my AC the same day I reported it.
Nice maintenance and manager they helped me all the way and made it simple. Needs more security
