Love it here We have resided here since March of 2014 and the current owner/management is outstanding. Amanda and Annie, in the leasing office, and David and Ricardo, in maintenance, are the best. The few times we have had any issues, they were taken care of in a timely and thorough manner. This does not mean that they are at your beckoned call as this property is one of the largest in Maricopa county. I hate it here The photos and the model unit they show you are great, but i was shocked when i walked into my apartment. The apartment is old and the wood finishes have a mysterious black substance and specks. I took photos of everything and nothing was done about my concerns. The paint is poorly applied and the light fixtures are crooked. A lot of the wood is peeled off and when I moved in there were still stains on the walls and stickers from the previous renters. Worst rental experience in my life. Beware. finishes may look nice at first but look closer. Repairs by done by property management are done as cheaply as possible. They also charge for everything. trash valet even if you do not want the service. Washer and dryer even though you cant use your own, lockers for package delivery even if you do not use the service, pest control (we still had pack rat damage to our vehicle.
