Love it here We have resided here since March of 2014 and the current owner/management is outstanding. Amanda and Annie, in the leasing office, and David and Ricardo, in maintenance, are the best. The few times we have had any issues, they were taken care of in a timely and thorough manner. Worst rental experience in my life. Beware. finishes may look nice at first but look closer. Repairs by done by property management are done as cheaply as possible. They also charge for everything. trash valet even if you do not want the service. Washer and dryer even though you cant use your own, lockers for package delivery even if you do not use the service, pest control (we still had pack rat damage to our vehicle.
