If you NEED a place... Life doesn’t always go according to plan, does it? If you are in NEED of a place to live that will allow you to work on getting on or back on your feet then this is the place. There are no bells and whistles and no sugar coating- this place is OLD the buildings are thin. Don't do it There is always something going on here. The cops are always here for one thing or another. They hired "security" without telling anyone who just sit in their cars at the entrance of the complex, not able to see the parts where there is the most police activity. They just created new parking rules that are unbearable. If they were in place when I originally signed my lease, I would NOT have moved in. Go anywhere else but here! Office never returns phone calls. The entire complex is inhabited by drug dealers. Unsupervised children are running around hitting cars and throwing items at windows and doors all night long. The care and safety of residents is the last thing on the complex's mind. Apartments are run down and good luck getting anything repaired. Last two summers the pool has been closed due to residents threatening the life guards.
