The Brumby I have had no issues living in The Brumby. I just moved in last month and I love the place. It is very spacious, maintenance is great. Upkeep of the property is wonderful. The only issue is the walls are a little bit thin, but that's expected in an apartment. Other than that, I love it and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The Brumby Lofts This is a great place to live, every loft has it's own character and every neighbor is a friend. Walking distance to great food and drinks. Tons of culture. Very reasonable rent. Great for families and young professionals. I love it here . I won't move until I buy a house, which will be in the same area.
Ongoing issues never fixed Update: We now moved out as of Jan 2026. After on going issues, management allowed us to break our lease with no penalties. We lived here for years, love this area and the overall feel and vibes but the problems never stopped. A roof leak that started in February 2025 still hasn’t been properly fixed to date. This is after multiple work orders, photos, and videos showing water running down the wall. Terrible management The apartments are in the perfect location with a great aesthetic. But the new management company called tribridge is terrible and trash. Do not live here if you want to deal with horrible management.
